The schedule shown above is the Building Department's anticipated schedule for today's inspections. This is the same information that is in your eTrakit permit inspection records. If you do not see your inspection on the schedule, please first check your eTrakit permit inspection records as individual inspection requests can be viewed and managed there. Please note the town does not conduct inspections of Fridays. If you do not have an account, please register for one.
Inspections marked as AM will take place between 8:00AM and 1:00PM and PM inspections will take place between 12:00PM and 4:00PM. Inspection marked as 8:00AM may take place between 8:00AM and 4:00PM. Town staff will no longer be able to provide inspection information on the day of the inspection as Town staff does not have the resources to help with these types of requests. To make specific inspections arrangements please contact the inspection staff directly at least 2 days in advance.
For cancelations prior to the day of the inspection please use your inspection management options in your eTrakit permit inspection records. If you do not have an account, please register for one. If you need to make a same day cancelation you will be subject to a reinspection fee. To cancel the same day please email Building@LosAltosHills.CA.Gov. Please include your contact information, including the best phone number to reach you, the permit number and the inspection you are trying to cancel.
