This site provides access to Community Development services, allowing the public to look up construction related activities for any property located within the town. The system offers different levels of access to planning, building, and engineering information depending on the type of account the user has. Registration is not required, but the available information will be limited. For registered public users / owner-builders, the system can be used to submit applications, pay fees, and track and manage the progress of plan reviews and field inspections, among other things. For Architects, Engineers and Contractors the same information is available for your projects, plus you have access to permit files including plans and supplemental documentation.

If you are a first-time user, the town requires you to work with our staff to ensure the correct use of the system. To set up a virtual meeting or learn more about the system or to report an issue, please email Building@LosAltosHills.CA.Gov. Be sure to include your contact information including best phone number to reach you, your relationship to the project or property, and relevant information about the project or property.
